Festival season already reached like Durga puja and world famous Goodess Laxmi Puja of Dhenkanal, every places have already started their ritual and welcome to  Jagat janani( Goddess Durga) to earth to protect from this deadly virus. 

Now every where you see the white Kasatandi flower blooming everywhere. In childhood time our grand parents told when this flower bloom and cold air flow only in early morning that means durga puja reached. 

But this year 2020 due to the Covid-19 we cannot gather on the puja pandal, but whenever you go to mandap please wear the mask and keep social distance.

Durga Pujo 2018: Today Maha Saptami Puja Rituals Performed.

Maha Saptami is celebrated at Durga Puja Pandals across the state today with full enjoyment.

Special Puja was performed in the morning after which the face of the Idol was shown at the pandals by chanting shlokas and sankha blowing. Other rituals were done throughout the day.

Devotees come to the pandals to get the first darshan of Maa Durga.
